Transforming Healthcare with Evidence-based Decision Making and Action
The Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Academy is a 10-month interprofessional fellowship that empowers nurses and healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to advance organizational/system-wide EBP culture and lead initiatives to improve quality and safety in their healthcare organization/system while reducing costs. This academy is comprised of monthly 90-minute virtual small group sessions along with one individual session scheduled with Drs. Melnyk and Gallagher-Ford, two internationally renowned experts in EBP and leadership. These experts will provide participants with best practices in advancing EBP in their organizations, and they will also mentor participants in leadership skills to enhance success in their roles.
