One-Time Use License Agreement

By purchasing and downloading an EBP scale, you acknowledge and agree to the following single-use access conditions:

• Individual Use: This product is for one-time personal or organizational use, including one follow-up assessment (e.g., pre-post).

• No Reuse or Modification: The digital content cannot be shared, copied, or modified beyond its original intended use without written permission.

• Access Restrictions: Once accessed, the product is non-transferable and cannot be used by additional parties.

• Expiration & Revocation: The license expires upon completion of its intended use, ensuring ethical and effective application.

One-Time Use Pricing

To ensure accessibility and effectiveness, we offer single-use licensing, including one follow-up assessment (e.g., pre-post evaluation):

• Single Scale: $95 for one-time use, including one follow-up assessment.

• Three EBP short or Three EBP original scales: Flat fee of $250 for one-time use, including one follow-up assessment.

• All eight EBP scales: Flat fee of $400 for one-time use, including one follow-up assessment.
